...is an orthotist with 9 years experience who joined the staff in 2004. Karstan
is licensed to practice in Georgia and Tennessee. He has had the opportunity
to service patients at Shrines Children's Hospital, University of Utah Hospital
and Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City.
Karstan specializes in
pediatrics and patients with developmental and orthopedic disorders. He also serves as the Vice
President of Marketing at PPS and strives to ensure that physicians and therapists expectations and
needs are met. He also networks with health care professionals to ensure they are aware of the
services offered by PPS Orthotic and Prosthetic Services and to identify underserved areas where
PPS can provide service to the community. Karstan is also an officer of Custom Healthcare where
he has additional management and marketing roles.
